Manufacturing Capability

The company operates a 50,000 m² manufacturing base covering R&D design, product testing, intelligent manufacturing, and simulation labs. Our production lines include more than 40 lines in total: cylindrical battery PACK automatic lines, prismatic battery PACK automatic lines, and semi-automatic lines.

DC Sorting Machine

Developed based on the practical conditions of domestic cell manufacturers, this equipment is suitable for 18650 and 21700 lithium batteries. It features intelligent MES connectivity, automatic feeding and receiving modules, comprehensive DC/AC internal resistance testing, automatic spacer placement, and more.

Vacuum Automatic Ratio Potting Machine

Developed to meet battery waterproof requirements (IP67/IP68), mainly for battery packs used in underwater robots, water entertainment equipment, and special industrial applications. Features include dual-component barrels, automatic heating, automatic stirring, automatic degassing, flow monitoring, automatic vibration, and vacuum potting under 100 kPa.

Technology Test Center

The company established a high-performance lithium-ion power battery module test center. Test items include:
Electrical performance: capacity, rate capability, cycle life
Environmental tests: high/low temperature, temperature-humidity cycling, thermal shock
Safety tests: overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, crush, etc.

Digital Traceability System

By introducing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System), the company achieves full data traceability from cell feeding to finished-product shipment. Each battery pack has a unique identity, production data is collected automatically, and quality records are fully traceable.
